MTP Architects is a multi-discipline design firm offering a full-range of architectural and interior design services to government, commercial and private clients.

Beginnings
The firm was founded in 1991 by Millard T. Pratt, AIA. Mr. Pratt has 20+ years of architectural experience in the design and construction of building and interiors projects. The work of the firm and its employees is diverse, encompassing corporate offices, tenant improvements, retail design, restaurant design, interior and exterior historic building renovation, single and multi-resident housing, and high-rise and low-rise building design.

Technology
MTP Architects employs state-of-the-art computer technology for its Life Space design and construction services. Our use of electronic media provides maximum flexibility for client and designer. More design options are explored, production times are reduced, documents are delivered on electronic media and communications are faster than with traditional methods of project design and management.

Current Projects
Current projects include tenant improvements for Financial Engineering Associates in downtown Berkeley; shopping mall to corporate office conversion in Michigan; a new corporate office building in downtown Danville; laboratory renovation Del Monte; and a new 15,000 sq. ft. residence in the Berkeley foothills; renovation to the classic beach house in Stinson Beach. For detailed information about current and past projects, please review our portfolio.
